Privacy Policy

1. Player accounts and local profiles

The Magic Battle currently does not require registration, login or an online user account.

The game creates a local player profile on the user's device. This profile may include a player-selected display name, avatar and game preferences. Local profile information remains stored on the user's device unless specific information is required for an online multiplayer session.

2. Online multiplayer

When a player uses online multiplayer features, certain information is transmitted to our game server in order to establish and operate the multiplayer session.

This may include:

• player display name;
• selected in-game profile information, such as avatar or faction where applicable;
• gameplay and multiplayer session information;
• technical connection information, including IP address and connection metadata.

This information is used only to provide multiplayer functionality, maintain server security, diagnose technical problems and prevent misuse of the service.

The Magic Battle currently does not maintain permanent online user accounts.

3. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The Magic Battle currently does not use advertising services, advertising identifiers, Google Analytics or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

We do not sell player information and we do not use player information for targeted advertising.

4. Service providers

Online multiplayer functionality is operated using third-party server hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may technically process network information that is necessary to provide, operate and secure the server infrastructure.

Such providers act only as infrastructure or service providers and do not receive player information from Kris Games for advertising purposes.

5. Data storage and retention

Local player profile information remains on the user's device until the application data is cleared or the application is removed.

Multiplayer session information is not intended to create a permanent player profile on our server.

Technical server logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, and are deleted when they are no longer required.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by The Magic Battle and its multiplayer infrastructure against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.

7. Data deletion

Because The Magic Battle currently does not use online accounts, users can remove locally stored player profile information by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.

Users may also contact us to request deletion of identifiable server-side information where such information is still retained and can reasonably be identified.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the functionality of The Magic Battle changes, for example if online accounts, analytics, advertising, purchases or other online services are introduced.
